Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• For hygiene and safety, opened beauty or cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
• Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

• Email our customer service team at support@pazbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
• Pack your items securely and drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
• Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please contact us within 30 days.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• We'll cover shipping for your first exchange per order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Attach clear photos of any product or packaging issues to your email for faster resolution.
• We'll prioritize your claim and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.

International Orders

• International returns are accepted, but shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or our error.
• Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes

• Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method than originally used.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• Promotional items, gifts with purchase, and sets must be returned together to be eligible for a full refund.
